this is another recipe too easy to write out in formal recipe-style. it's just four aidell's chicken apple sausages, one really large sweet potato, about three strips of uncooked bacon, three small red potatoes, one yellow bell pepper, and a couple heaping handfuls of asparagus, chopped, tossed in ghee and salt and pepper, and roasted in the oven for about 45 minutes at 375. toss them occasionally while they're cooking and you can't find a healthier, simpler meal! this is probably david's favorite; when i told him this was what we were having for dinner, his text message response was "yesssssssss."
