say what you want about me, but i rock a mean ponytail. partly because i am really into water conservation and hence the overuse of baby powder/dry shampoo, and partly because i've studied the art of perky ponies for years and years. today i am sharing my tips for perfect party ponytails and all you moms out there with dirty hair and approximately 20 seconds of time allotted to hair styling will thank me for it!
