these are so delicious and so simple. i use the frozen turkey burgers from costco and the fattest sweet potato i can find. wash and peel the sweet potato, slice it into thin disks, cover both sides in ghee and salt and pepper, and roast for about 15-20 minutes on 400 or until they get slightly brown. allow them to cool.
while sweet potatoes are roasting, cook turkey burgers on the stove and then cut into quarters when done.
add some butter lettuce and compliant mustard and enjoy!
